Damaged Product or Fulfillment Error
If you received a defective/damaged product or have an order fulfillment error, please take photos or videos for us. We will try to work out solution for you accordingly. But please check at least if the packing is still in good condition before you sign up it. If the packing is damaged serious, please refuse to sign up and then the package will return us automatically.
